I have struggled with weight for as long as I can remember, except for all four years of high school (1995-1999) and two years after my divorce in 2008.
I have always been able to lose and gain weight very quickly. A few years ago, I lost 70 lbs due to exercise and hardly ever eating. I was in a period of my life which I now remember unfondly as the "Great Depression". I got over it and... the weight slowly creeped back up.
